Terms of Use.

The rules that apply to this website and to registering interest in ZappInvoice. Last updated 15 August 2026.

What these terms cover — and what they don't

These terms cover this marketing website and the early access programme. ZappInvoice has not launched, so there is no software subscription to govern yet. Separate terms will apply to the app when it is released, and you will be asked to agree to them before you can use it. Nothing here is a contract to supply the product.

1. Who these terms are with

"ZappInvoice" is the product. ZappInvoice is operated by Hypermint Digital Pty Ltd (ACN 697 383 887). In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Hypermint Digital Pty Ltd.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Using this website

You may read, share and link to this website freely. You agree not to:

  • submit false information, or someone else's details, through our forms;
  • use the contact or early access forms to send unsolicited advertising, spam or automated submissions;
  • attempt to disrupt the site, bypass its rate limiting, or gain access to systems or data you are not authorised to access;
  • copy the site's design, text or branding to pass off a product as ours.

3. Information on this site is descriptive, not a guarantee

This website describes a product that is still in development. Features, pricing, plan inclusions and availability are indicative and may change before launch. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing creates an obligation on us to release the product, to release it with any particular feature, or to release it by any particular date.

Where we describe capabilities such as invoicing, quotes, card payments, Tap to Pay or receipt scanning, we describe what the product is designed to do. Availability of some capabilities depends on third parties — for example, card payment processing is provided through Stripe, and device-level payment features depend on the platform and payment provider, not on us.

4. Early access

Registering interest in early access means:

  • you are asking us to contact you when ZappInvoice becomes available;
  • you are not purchasing anything, and no payment is taken at registration;
  • we do not guarantee that early access will be offered to everyone who registers, or by any particular date;
  • any promotional offer mentioned at signup is subject to the terms published when the product launches;
  • you can ask to be removed from the list at any time.

How we handle the details you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Guides and general information

Our guides are general information for Australian small businesses. They are not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for advice about your circumstances. Tax and regulatory requirements change. Always confirm anything that affects your obligations with the ATO, business.gov.au, or a qualified adviser before you rely on it.

6. Intellectual property

The ZappInvoice name, logo, site design and content are ours unless stated otherwise. Third-party names mentioned on this site — including Stripe — belong to their respective owners, and we mention them descriptively. Mentioning a third party does not imply that they endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with ZappInvoice.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. External links

Where we link to other websites, we do so because we think they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can go to hello@zappinvoice.com.

Before you launch

These terms are written for a pre-launch marketing site and are deliberately narrow. They are not a SaaS agreement and should not be used as one. Have them reviewed alongside proper product terms — covering subscriptions, payment processing, data handling and liability — before the app is released.
